ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½’s third annual Centurion 5K sees 53 participants

Several runners flocked to ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½â€™s Sidney campus on Saturday, March 8, for the third annual Centurion 5K.Ìý
A total of 53 runners participated in the race, slightly down from 2024’s record-setting number of 56 runners. All proceeds from the event directly benefit the Centurions’ cross country programs.Ìý
Two new faces took the top spots in the race for both the men’s and women’s division. Keegan Shafer, 18, a freshman on ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½â€™s cross country team, was the overall winner of the race with a time of 18:40. Madison Bouman, 23, a graduate of Greenville High School and a multi-time winner of Greenville’s Yellow Jacket Challenge 5K, took the top spot in the women’s race with a time of 21:38.Ìý
